VF Series, the classic double-column/bridge-type CNC milling machining center in the Vision Wide product lineup, features robust box guideways that showcase Vision Wide’s precision hand-scraping craftsmanship and traditional machine-building expertise. Designed for exceptional rigidity, the VF Series delivers outstanding heavy-duty cutting performance, meeting demanding machining requirements for mold bases and precision mold components.

The machine supports automatic head attachments for efficient mold surface machining. Its uniquely engineered sloping beam design positions the Z-axis center closer to the beam, enhancing structural rigidity, improving dynamic stability, and ensuring superior machining accuracy during heavy cutting operations.

Hardened Box Guideways on All Three Axes – Heat-treated to HRC 50 and precision hand-scraped to ensure smooth, low-friction, and highly accurate axis movement.
Precision Hand-Scraped Assembly – Guideways are meticulously scraped, assembled, and fine-tuned to achieve superior feeding smoothness and long-term machining accuracy.
High-Rigidity Meehanite Cast Structure – Box-shaped main castings with reinforced ribs, manufactured from stress-relieved Meehanite-grade cast iron for maximum rigidity and durability.
Heavy-Duty Bed and Guideway Design – Large-span guideways and a box-type bed with strong V-shaped rib reinforcement enable stable machining of heavy workpieces.
Optimized Spindle Centerline Layout – Spindle positioned close to the Y-axis box guideway to minimize unbalanced cutting moments and reduce thermal deformation effects.
